**Harry Rosen’s Alteration Policy** We are pleased to offer you complimentary standard alteration services to all CLUB HARRY members on regular or sale-priced merchandise purchased online at harryrosen.com and Harry Rosen stores. Our policy includes the following alterations: * **Jacket:** Sleeve shortening or lengthening, collar lowering or shoulder squaring, side or centre seam adjustments * **Trousers:** Waist/seat taking in or letting out, plain, cuff, or jean hem alterations * **Shirts:** Sleeve shortening, dart adjustments Please note that jacket shortening and surgeon's cuffs on garments where it is not a standard feature are not considered an alteration, and additional fees may apply. Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged after being altered. Alteration fees apply for all non-members. Alteration services are not available at Harry Rosen stores for merchandise purchased from Harry Rosen Outlet stores or FinalCut.
