Most locations, 1-5 days

FedEx Standard Overnight™ – $25
1-2 business days. Orders must be placed by 12 p.m. ET

Pick Up At Store or Contactless Curbside Pickup – Free
Most Locations 0-3 days. Wherever possible items will be filled from the selected pickup location and will be ready quickly; however, some items may need to be shipped in from alternate fulfillment centres. In which case, an order could take up to five (5) days to be complete and ready for pickup. We will email you once all your items are available.

Shipping Details:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of placing an order.
  • Orders are shipped and delivered Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays.
  • We will send you a shipping confirmation as soon as your items have been handpicked and prepped for shipping.
  • The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout plus any processing time required.
  • Orders can be tracked as soon as they have been processed by the courier company
  • Delivery is only available within Canada.
  • Orders are sent via FedEx Express except for some remote or PO Box addresses.
  • All eligible orders will be accompanied with a Return Shipping Label.

Contactless Curbside Pickup

We are pleased to offer Contactless Curbside Pickup as a prompt and convenient alternative to home delivery.

To place an order:
1. Add products to your cart.
2. Select "Request to pick up order at store" in your shopping cart.
3. Choose your preferred store.

To collect your order:
1. Please wait until you receive a ‘your order is ready’ email notifying you that all items are ready to be picked up before proceeding to the store.
2. Once you have received this email, we encourage you to use the ‘book appointment’ button to let us know which day you are coming to the store.
3. Please bring ‘your order is ready’ email, printed out or on your device, along with a piece of government-issued ID.
4. When you get to the pickup location please call the store telephone number and let them know your name and order number, as well as the location and make and colour of your car. An associate will bring your order out, verify your information and deliver the merchandise to your trunk.

Please pickup your order within 14 days of it being ready.

In-Store Pickup

For placing and collecting orders in store, please follow the above process for curbside pickup, apart from the pickup location. Please proceed to the service desk, unless otherwise marked in the store, and an associate will be happy to assist you.

Delivery of Electronic Gift Cards

Electronic Gift Cards are delivered directly to your recipient's email inbox and are typically delivered within minutes.

You will be notified as soon as your recipient views their gift.

Return Policy

If your purchase from a Harry Rosen store or harryrosen.com isn’t quite right or you’ve simply changed your mind, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery. You can find our full Return Policy here.

Updated: Covid Return Policy

With many of our stores temporarily closed due to government Covid restrictions, we have extended our return policy. All merchandise purchased in stores or online, will be accepted for return or exchange at Harry Rosen within 30 days from your local store reopening. Online orders are still able to be returned by mail via the complimentary return shipping label enclosed with your order. We are not currently accepting curbside returns.
