    Free Expedited Shipping & Returns on Orders over $100

    For Sartoria Recognition Program members (login to confirm your Sartoria level):

    - Tiers Silver and above receive Free Shipping on all orders.

    - Tiers Gold and above receive Free Shipping and Returns on all orders.

     

    Orders eligible for free returns will be accompanied with a Return Shipping Label. Returns for ALL online orders are accepted by return mail, or for free at any of our retail locations (excluding outlets). For more information on returns, view our Return Policy.

    We currently do not accept international orders at this time and delivery is only available within Canada.

     

    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days*** of placing an order. We will send you a shipping confirmation as soon as your items have been handpicked and prepped for shipping. The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout plus any processing time required. Purchases will be shipped via Canada Post.

     

    Notes:

    * Free Expedited Shipping is available for orders over $100 before tax.

    ** We will make every effort to process orders placed before 2pm EST the same day.

    *** Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays.

     

     


    Pick Up In-Store

     

    Orders can be placed online and requested to be shipped to a Harry Rosen location for pick up. Not all items may immediately be available at your selected pick up store as some may require transit from another location.

     

    It may take up to 5 days to ensure your complete order is available for pick up. We will notify you by email when your full order is available for pick up at the store. At any time, you can visit the Order Status page to view your order details and item(s) status.

    Delivery of Electronic Gift Cards

     

    Electronic Gift Cards are delivered directly to your recipient's email inbox and are typically delivered within minutes.
