Welcome to the CLUB HARRY TM loyalty program, owned and operated by Harry Rosen Inc.. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the program. By joining CLUB HARRY TM, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Membership Eligibility

To become a CLUB HARRY member, you must create an online account or provide a valid email address. By doing so, you accept these Terms and Conditions and become a member of the program. You can join online at or at any Harry Rosen store. If you checkout as a Guest or do not provide your email at the Point of Sale, you will not receive any benefits or points on your transactions through the CLUB HARRY program.

Program Benefits

As a CLUB HARRY member, you will enjoy exclusive benefits and rewards based on your annual spend. Members are eligible for certain program benefits based on membership status.

INSIDER members enjoy perks like complimentary alterations, free returns, preferred shipping rates, member-to-member gifting of points, exclusive member-only events experiences, and a 1% earn rate for points with no minimum spend requirement.

TITANIUM members receive additional benefits such as a free Harry magazine subscription, garment maintenance, an annual gift, and a 1.5% earn rate for points when they spend between $2.5k and $10k annually.

DIAMOND members have access to all status benefits, VIP events, priority customer care, and a 2% earn rate for points when they spend over $10k annually.

Status Upgrade: Members can achieve a higher loyalty status by meeting the minimum spending requirement for the next status. Once you reach this threshold, there will be a pending period of 30 days after your purchase before the benefits of the upgraded status take effect. This 30-day time frame aligns with our return policy

Status Reset: The CLUB HARRY loyalty program operates on a 12-month period from January 1 to December 31. To maintain your status, you must meet the minimum annual spending requirement. On February 1 of each year, we will evaluate your total expenditures from January 1 to December 31 and assign your new loyalty status accordingly. Please note that this evaluation accounts for the 30-day return policy.

Free Online Returns

Complimentary Online Returns for CLUB HARRY Members on Regular Priced Items: As a valued CLUB HARRY member, you can enjoy the convenience of complimentary returns for regular priced items purchased online.

$10 Online Return Service Fee on Sale Items: For all customers returning sale items purchased online, a service fee of $10 CAD will be deducted from your refund. This return service fee is designed to confirm the status of your return and track its delivery progress, providing you with added security and peace of mind.

Free Alterations

We are pleased to offer complimentary basic alteration services to all members on regular or sale priced merchandise. Our policy includes the following alterations:
  • Jacket: Sleeve shortening or lengthening, collar lowering or shoulder squaring, side or center seam adjustments
  • Trousers: Waist/seat taking in or letting out and plain, cuff, or jean hem alterations
  • Shirts: Sleeve shortening, dart adjustments

To enjoy these complimentary alterations, simply bring your purchase and receipt to our store. Our alteration specialists will assist you with more details and any additional services.
Please note that Jacket Shortening and Surgeon's Cuffs on garments where it is not a standard feature are not considered an alteration and additional fees may apply. Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged after being altered.

Harry Magazine

Harry Rosen proudly presents Harry magazine, a source of fashion inspiration, providing expert advice.

TITANIUM members and above receive a complimentary subscription to Harry magazine. They will have issues delivered to their preferred address each Spring and Fall.

Complimentary copies of Harry magazine are available for pick-up in-store for all customers.

Garment Maintenance

Available to TITANIUM and DIAMOND Members, we offer free alterations for fixed seams, replacement buttons, and waist alterations due to minor weight changes.

Please allow additional time for these alterations to ensure the longevity of your wardrobe.

Some exclusions may apply. See in-store associate for details.

Member-to-Member to Points Gifting

Gifting Process:

  • Members can give points to another member of the CLUB HARRY program.
  • Visit and log in to view My Account.
  • Access the gifting portal in the My Account section of the website.
  • The minimum amount to gift is 5,000 points or $50.
  • The maximum amount to gift and receive is 500,000 points or $500.00 per year.

Note: Once a point transfer is completed, it is final and cannot be reversed or called back. Please exercise caution when gifting points to another member.


INSIDER and TITANIUM Members: The gifting ratio is 1:0.8.

For example, when gifting 5,000 points, the recipient will receive 4,000 points, and 1,000 points will expire.

DIAMOND Members: The gifting ratio is 1:1.

For example, when gifting 5,000 points, the recipient will receive the full 5,000 points.

Please ensure you are aware of the applicable fees and ratios based on your membership status when gifting points.

CLUB HARRY Offers to Accelerate Earn

Members can earn rewards faster through personalized offers. Personalized offers provide extra benefits beyond the loyalty program's base earn rates.

Offers are communicated through two primary channels: My CLUB HARRY and/or email. We recommend logging in regularly to stay updated on the latest offers.

To redeem an offer, you may be required to provide an offer code at the time of checkout. Please ensure you have it ready when making your purchase.

Bonus Points and Discounts earned through loyalty offers are evenly distributed based on item prices and non-reinstatable in the event of returns or exchanges.

Bonus Points, once earned, will activate 30 days post-transaction. Please allow this period for your rewards to become available for use.

CLUB HARRY offers do not apply to previous purchases, gift cards, or special orders.

Offers apply solely to product purchases and have no cash value; they are intended to enhance your shopping experience but are not monetary equivalents.

Each CLUB HARRY offer has unique terms and conditions for earning and redeeming rewards. Review each offer's eligibility, earning criteria, redemption process, and any associated time limits carefully.

Offers cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash, goods, or services.

Donate Points

Harry Rosen will occasionally activate the points redemption feature for members where they can use their points to support social causes.

To access the redemption option, log in to your account and go to the My Account page on the website.

Please note that tax receipts will not be provided for points donations.

Once points are donated, the process cannot be reversed or undone.

Personal Clothing Advisor

All members will have access to their personal clothing advisor.  A Clothing Advisor is the key to all the exceptional services Harry Rosen offers. As they come to understand your lifestyle needs and tastes, they will use their expertise and product knowledge to help you build your wardrobe over time. Many of our clients have enjoyed working with our Clothing Advisors for over 20 years, ensuring they always look and feel their best.

Closet Cleaning by Request

Designed to keep your wardrobe fresh, fitted, and up to date. Need help organizing your closet? DIAMOND members and above can take advantage of an in-home Closet Cleaning and Wardrobe Assessment. Our Clothing Advisor will review your existing apparel, suggest ways to streamline your wardrobe, and provide a personalized list of items to consider. Plus, we'll personally deliver them to you without you having to step foot in the store.

Invite to Private Events

TITANIUM Members and above-status members may periodically receive exclusive invites to special events held in our stores (or elsewhere!). 

Access to VIP Experiences

DIAMOND status receives access to purchase hospitality packages and turn-key travel solutions to some of the world’s most prestigious events, such as the Super Bowl, The Masters, the FIFA World Cup, Formula 1, the Ryder Cup, the Kentucky Derby, and much more.  Powered through Harry Rosen’s partnership with The Traveller Inc.

Householding -COMING SOON

DIAMOND status members can share loyalty status benefits and can add up to five family/friends to their CLUB HARRY account to share elevated status benefits and access. 

Members added to these households will earn redeemable points at the DIAMOND status rate and enjoy similar access to experiences and all benefits as a DIAMOND member.

Note:  point balances and redemption capability remain at the client level.

Priority access to Customer Care

Reserved for DIAMOND status members who receive front-of-the-line status when needing to call our Customer Care team.  A special 1-800 number will be shared with these members, who will receive top-level customer care.

Earning CLUB HARRY Points

Points Earning: As a CLUB HARRY member, you earn points with redeemable value on every purchase, allowing you to accumulate and spend your points at your convenience. Bonus points are applied proportionally to ensure a fair distribution of points based on the item price.

Earn Rates by Status:

  • Qualifying Annual Spend: <$2,500
  • Base Earn Rate: 1%

  • Qualifying Annual Spend: >$2,500
  • Base Earn Rate: 1.5%

  • Qualifying Annual Spend: >$10,000
  • Base Earn Rate: 2%

Minimum Point Accumulation: Once you accumulate a minimum of 5,000 active points, you can redeem them towards future purchases.

Redeeming Points:

  • Points may be used as a valid method of payment for both regular and sale-priced merchandise.
  • Points can be redeemed against the pre-tax amount of merchandise.

Please note that points cannot be redeemed in-store for the following charges:

  • Shipping fees
  • Alteration services
  • Third-party repair and cleaning services
  • Taxes
  • Gift Cards
  • Outside services provided by third parties

Minimum Point Redemption: The minimum points redemption is $50. Once you accumulate a minimum of 5,000 active points, you can redeem them towards future purchases.

Expiration of Points: All CLUB HARRY points will expire if you have not made a qualifying purchase or redemption over a 24-month period. Harry Rosen Inc. may not provide any notice regarding the expiration of points.

Returns: Points Deduction: When returning or exchanging items, any bonus points (active or pending) earned will be reduced proportionally based on their original acquisition. Deducted bonus points won't be reinstated in the case of an exchange. If you return items outside the 30-day return window after redeeming earned points for that purchase, the points used for the returned items will be subtracted from your account.

Negative Point Balance: In rare cases, a return may result in a negative point balance. In such instances, your CLUB HARRY account will show a zero balance. Any points earned from future qualifying purchases will be applied to the negative balance until your active point balance reaches the minimum redemption threshold of 5,000 points. Points cannot be redeemed until the balance reaches this threshold.

Returning merchandise purchased with CLUB HARRY Points: If you return items purchased with redeemed points, the dollar value of the points assigned to the returned items will be converted back to points and credited to your CLUB HARRY Account.

Returning merchandise that earned points: When you return items that previously earned CLUB HARRY points, those points will be subtracted from your current point balance.

Returning gifts: When exchanging gifts that you didn't originally purchase, no loyalty points or discounts will be associated with or credited to your account.

Point Reversal: The points deducted for the returned merchandise will be reversed and deducted from the member's negative points balance.

Points Adjustment: The member's points balance will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the reversal of the redeemed points.

Exclusions: Please note the following exclusions for earning points: Points cannot be earned on the points-based credit portion of a purchase. Points are not awarded on taxes paid, tailoring/alteration charges, purchases of gift cards, and shipping charges.

Email Communications

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you grant Harry Rosen Inc. permission to send you loyalty-related emails. These emails may include important account information, updates on your point balances, and program-related notifications. However, you have the option to unsubscribe from these communications at any time. You can update your communication preferences on or contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.

Limitations and Liabilities

CLUB HARRY points hold no cash value and cannot be claimed as a monetary asset against Harry Rosen Inc. under any circumstances. Harry Rosen Inc. may refuse point redemptions, reverse claimed redemptions, or deduct points from your account if there are errors or discrepancies in the redemption process.

Termination and Changes

Harry Rosen Inc. reserves the right to terminate or make changes to the CLUB HARRY TM loyalty program at any time and in any manner. We will notify you of any material changes to the program or these Terms and Conditions via email. Your continued participation in the program following such changes signifies your acceptance of them.
