Harry Rosen’s Alteration Policy

We are pleased to offer you complimentary standard alteration services to all CLUB HARRY members on regular or sale-priced merchandise purchased online at harryrosen.com and Harry Rosen stores.

Our policy includes the following alterations:

• Jacket: Shorten Sleeves From Bottom, Side Seams In/Out, collar lowering or shoulder squaring, Centre Seam In/Out, Overcoat Shortening Sleeve

• Trousers: Waist/seat taking in or letting out, Waist/seat & crotch In/Out, plain, cuff, or jean hem alterations

• Shirts: Sleeve shortening, dart adjustments

Please note that jacket shortening and the addition of surgeon's cuffs on garments where it is not a standard feature are not considered alterations, and additional fees may apply. Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged after being altered

Alteration fees apply for all non CLUB HARRY members.

Alteration services are also available for a fee at Harry Rosen stores for merchandise purchased from Harry Rosen Outlet stores or FinalCut. Customers must have their original purchase receipt or order confirmation on-hand to be eligible for alterations. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for these alterations; individual stores will provide specific details. Pricing information is available in-store. Alteration services are not available at our Cross Iron Mills and McArthur Glen Outlet locations.
