Today, by leafing through the Maison’s heritage archives, the newly appointed artistic director, Tomoaki Nagao—better known as Nigo, continues to echo Kenzo’s roots in their inventive, urban-inspired look. The Seigaiha jacket is quilted created using an ancient Japanese motif from the 6th century creating a wave look, while the Eiffel Tower label at the neckline recalls Nigo's 'East meets West' vision.
