The Mr. Fine Slant Razor has been uncompromisingly designed and built to deliver on the dream of improved shaving performance that a torqued blade razor might provide. ÿEach piece is indvidually machined from a sold block of aluminum to provide the most precise blade alignment - in the most lightweight form factor - possible. ÿIndeed, the slicing action generated by the sloped approach angle, combined with the increased tautness of the blade's cutting edge (which results from the torque itself), do provide an especailly comfortable and efficient shave that guys with the thick coarse beards tend to appreciate most.
Mr. Fine's traditional slant shaving razor is best used with a blade, and with little to no pressure applied to your skin. Lightly glide the razor over your face, once with the grain of your beard, once across the grain, and once against the grain (adding lather before each pass), for the closest and most comfortable shave a slant razor can provide.
