Returns

With many of our stores temporarily closed due to government Covid restrictions, we have extended our holiday return policy to 30 days from your local store reopening. We are not currently accepting returns curbside.

If your purchase from a Harry Rosen store or harryrosen.com isn’t quite right or you’ve simply changed your mind, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
