Harry’s NEW eGiftables are a way for you to buy a gift and instantly send it via email. Consider it an even more personalized Gift Card because the recipient will know you’ve picked-out something special with them in mind.

Best of all, you don’t have to worry if it’s not quite the right style. They can choose another gift or opt to receive a Gift Card for the full amount instead.

Pick out and pay for the gift – you just need to provide an e-mail address for the recipient.

The Recipient Confirms The Details

Your gift suggestion will be sent via email. The recipient can select the colour and size, then enter their preferred shipping information.

Success!

SENDER

 

What is an eGift?

An eGift is a digital version of a physical item that you can instantly gift to anyone in Canada. The recipient can then redeem their digital gift for the physical item and pick the color and size they want. It takes the worry out of picking the wrong gift and having to return or exchange it.

 

What if the item sold out when they go to redeem their eGift?

If the item has sold out when they go to redeem their eGift, the recipient can use the value of the eGift towards any purchase online or at any one of our 18 store locations, including our Outlet stores.

 

What if the price increases later?

If the price increases after you send the eGift the recipient will be responsible for the remaining balance.

 

What if it goes on sale after I sent it?

If the item goes on sale after you send the eGift then the recipient will have an extra credit to use towards something else they want.

 

Can I use Sartoria credits to purchase eGift?

Unfortunately, you cannot apply Sartoria credits to eGifts but they can be used when redeeming an eGift for any balance owing.

 

Is there a fee to send an eGift?

There are no fees associated with eGifts.

 

Can an eGift be redeemed in store?

An eGift can be redeemed online or at any one of our 15 Harry Rosen store locations. In addition, the value of the eGift can be redeemed at our Outlet locations.

 

Can recipient exchange the eGift?

The recipient is welcome to apply the value of the eGift for anything else they might want.

 

Can I add a gift box?

While we do not offer physical boxes for your item, we do provide a digital unwrapping experience for the recipient.

 

What if tax and or shipping is more or less than cost?

If tax and shipping exceed the total cost of your eGift then the recipient will have to pay the difference. The approximate value of these costs can be optionally added to your eGift at purchase to account for these possible awkward moments for your recipient and you.

 

Can I enter in recipient's size or recommended color?

Don’t fret about getting the right size or color the recipient will pick what they want when they redeem their eGift.

 

I accidentally typed the wrong email for the recipient. How can I fix it?

If you’ve already sent the eGift you can access our Customer Support Tools to resend the eGift to a new email address, or contact our customer service team.

 

Can I cancel my eGift?

No you cannot cancel an eGift.

 

When does the recipient receive the eGift?

Typically eGifts are received within minutes of sending, but can sometimes take a few hours to process. You can also schedule a future delivery date for your eGift up to one month in advance.

 

How does my recipient get the eGift if there is no shipping address?

The recipient will fill out their shipping details, if needed when they redeem their eGift.

 

Can I send more than one eGift to a person?

Yes you can send more than one eGift, but they need to be done as separate transactions.

 

Can I place an order for an eGift and a regular merchandise order at the same time?

Egifts need to be purchased on a separate order from physical merchandise, you would do these as two transactions.

 


 

RECIPIENT

 

How do I accept/redeem an eGift?

You can redeem your eGift by clicking or tapping the link in your email. This will take you directly to a webpage that will display the item and instructions on how to redeem and a link to the website.

You can redeem your eGift entering in your eGift Code and Pin at checkout under the ‘Redeem a Gift Card’ or by presenting the page showing the eGift Code and Pin at our store locations.

 

Is the eGift item reserved until I decide to accept/redeem it?

The inventory for your item will not be reserved for you to redeem it. Orders are filled or sold on a first come first serve basis.

 

I accidentally deleted my email how can I get my eGift?

You can recover your eGift email by accessing our Customer Support Tools to resend the eGift. Or contact our customer service team.

 

Can I select a different item than the one chosen for me?

The value of your eGift can be used towards any purchase online or at any one of our 18 store locations, including our Outlet stores, simply enter the eGift code/pin at checkout or present the information in-store.

 

I redeemed my eGift online. When will it ship?

The ship times are dependent on the shipping method selected and destination. Orders will usually be delivered in 2 – 5 days.

 


 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

How do I know the value of my eGift?

You can look up the value by selecting Check Balance and entering in the eGift Code and PIN.

 

Will the sender know that I returned or exchanged the eGift?

The sender will not know if you returned or exchanged your eGift for something else.

 

Can I exchange or return my redeemed gift in store?

You can return item(s) by mail or in our store locations. For full details please see our return policy.

 

Can I use the value of the eGift for multiple items?

Yes, you can use your eGift credit towards any item(s) you like. The maximum balance on the eGift will be applied to your purchases.
