    Our Clothing Advisors are fully trained, like personal shoppers, to offer menswear advice and expertise appropriate to any occasion. Once they understand your taste and style, they can recommend designers and collections that may be of appeal, and offer useful tips and suggestions. Our advisors pride themselves on their product knowledge and wish to share their expertise.

     

    Whether you prefer to shop online, in-store or both, we are committed to serving you. Our Customer Service teams will assist in any way they can. They can also put you in touch with one of our in-store Clothing Advisors to provide additional product information prior to making your purchase.

    Receiving Orders – Canada Post is experiencing delays delivering parcels of 7 days or more depending on the address. Please follow the tracking number in your Ship Confirmation email to follow the delivery status of your order.

     

    Returns – you will receive an email once your return has been completed. Processing time is typically 7 days after receipt in our warehouse.
