We ship packages within Canada only. We do not ship packages to the U.S. or internationally at this time. Shipping charges will vary based upon turnaround time:

Pick Up In-Store
You may choose to pick-up your order at any of our retail locations (excluding outlets). Depending on item location, your order may be available as quickly as the same day, however, please allow up to 5 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
Whether you shop in-store, online or are a gift recipient, if one of our garments fails to live up to reasonable expectations in any way, we invite you to return it. Whether we need to repair it, replace it or refund your money, we will happily do whatever is required to give satisfaction.
Due to health regulations, the sale of intimate apparel and swimwear are final.
Returns are accepted by return mail* to our warehouse or at any of our retail locations (excluding outlets.) Please note that return shipping costs** are not included with your purchase.
* Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. They cannot be damaged or worn.
