Customer Experience Lead (Full-time)


Reports to: Sales Manager

Oakridge Mall, Vancouver, BC
Tsawwassen Mills, Delta, BC


Supervision of Customer Service Representatives ensuring excellence at the service desk through:

  • Supervision of Customer Service Representatives
  • Providing superior customer service to store clients and Associates
  • Recruit, train, and develop customer service representatives using POS terminal
  • Audit of cash, charge, and deferred sale transactions at the service desk
  • Scheduling of Customer Service team
  • Knowledge of Harry Rosen product offerings and events
  • Support with In-transit documentation and shipping/receiving of merchandise

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience in supervision of staff, including hiring, training and performance management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong commitment to achieving excellence in the area of customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills & communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Completion of a minimum of 2 years experience
