Administration Lead (Full-time)

 

Reports to: Regional Administration Director

Location:
Oakridge Mall, Vancouver, BC
Tsawwassen Mills, Delta, BC

 

Administrative support to clients and team through:

  • Supervise all administrative functions
  • Controlling in-transit documentation, shipping/receiving of merchandise and store maintenance and repairs
  • Payroll documentation, filing, time docket entry, and balancing
  • Conducting regular store audits
  • Providing superior customer service to store clients and Associates
  • Supply orders and backroom organization, business cards and lunch meeting requests

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience in supervision of staff, including hiring, training and performance management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong commitment to achieving excellence in the area of customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills & communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Completion of a minimum of 2 years experience
