Whether you prefer to shop online, in-store or both, we are committed to serving you. Our Online team will assist in any way they can. They can also put you in touch with one of our store clothing advisors to provide additional product information prior to making your purchase.
Our clothing advisors are fully trained, like personal shoppers, to offer menswear advice and expertise appropriate to any occasion. With a keen eye to discerning your taste and style, they can recommend designers and collections that may be of appeal, and offer useful tips and suggestions. Our advisors pride themselves on their product knowledge and wish to share their expertise.
If you frequent our stores you may already have a relationship with one or our professional advisors. If you do not have a dedicated advisor or do not live in close proximity to one of our stores and would like to establish a relationship in-store or remotely in order to take advantage of this expertise while making an online purchase, please contact our online assistance team above and they will arrange and introduce you to an advisor who would be most appropriate.
You will receive an e-mail update as each item(s) of your order is shipped. To check the status of an individual order you can also the Order Status option.

Returns & Exchanges
Whether you shop in-store, online or are a gift recipient, if one of our garments fails to live up to reasonable expectations in any way, we invite you to return it. Whether we need to repair it, replace it or refund your money, we will happily do whatever is required to give satisfaction. We offer the convenience of returning and exchanging items in person at any one of our 16 Harry Rosen retail Store Locations, with the exception of our Heartland Outlet and Vaughan Mills location. Please have your original invoice on hand to help us expedite your visit.
If you are unable to make it to one of our locations, we invite you to return or exchange any online purchase by courier or by Canada Post:

Please indicate on your original receipt whether you prefer a refund in your original method of payment or a gift card. For exchanges, please contact our online assistance team to make arrangements for your new item(s).
When returning garments by post or courier, they should be returned in the condition in which they were received. Garments sent back in poor condition may be subject to a restocking fee. Due to health regulations, the sale of undergarments and bathing suits are final. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Our refund policy can also be found enclosed with your invoice.
Clients at Sartoria level Gold and above additionally receive free online returns all the time.

For the best chance of order delivery before December 25th, 2016:
- Expedited Parcel orders should be placed by 2:00 pm ET on December 14, 2016.
- Xpresspost Parcels and Pick-up In Store orders should be placed by 2:00 pm ET on December 19, 2016.
- Orders for Electronic Gift Cards should be placed by 5:00 pm ET on December 23, 2016.

Pick Up In-Store
Orders can be placed online and requested to be shipped to a Harry Rosen location for pick up. Not all items may immediately be available at your selected pick up store as some may require transit from another location.
It may take up to 5 days to ensure your complete order is available for pick up. We will notify you by email when your full order is available for pick up at the store. At any time, you can visit Order Status to view your order details and item(s) status.

Update your Harry Rosen Profile
Harry Rosen maintains a profile for you with the information you have given us permission to hold as well as your purchase history in order to service you better. This information is held in strict confidence and we abide by all provincial and federal privacy policies. At any time you can update your communication preferences as well as address information both in-store and online.

When you create an online account we can serve you better by providing more efficient, personalized service both in our stores and online. Some of the benefits of creating a Harry Rosen profile and using for purchases are:

Gift Receipts & Gift Boxes
When placing an order you can select the "Gift" option when you check out. The selection of "Gift" will provide a gift receipt for the item(s) along with the garment(s) being sent in a gift box.
Please note that gift boxes may not be available for footwear.
Gift Cards and Electronic Gift Cards by E-mail
For those difficult men on your list or for men who simply prefer to choose for themselves, may we suggest our Gift Card or Electronic Gift Cards sent by email. Both options can be accompanied by a personal message from you. Gift Cards are packaged in individual boxes unless otherwise specified.
Gift cards and electronic gift cards can be used online or at any one of our 17 store locations, including our outlet store.
Tailored Clothing Online
We carry an exceptional array of tailored clothing (suits, sports jackets and trousers) from the world’s leading menswear designers. Now we also offer a selection of suits, sports jackets and trousers online. Browse the new collections before you come in to shop or buy online. However, we still believe that it’s better to for our onsite tailors to make any alterations to your garment, and recommend that you pick up your purchase instore to allow one of Clothing Advisors help you avail yourself of this service.
Fit and feel are a priority to us. Within the description of each garment there are details of the fit of the item, size charts and a measuring guide.

When shopping in our stores, our clothing advisors are trained on how to measure and provide advice on the fit of garments. Our in-store clothing advisors can carefully fit and mark all tailored clothing; our world-class tailors are on-site in order to ensure that you can be properly fitted.
