Will I be able to buy everything that I find in Harry Rosen stores at Harryrosen.com?
Not yet. Initially, only a small selection of items will be available online. Of course, as we expand the site, we’ll also increase the number of products you can buy from the comfort of your home or office.

We will not be offering tailored clothing here at HarryRosen.com either. A tailored garment such as suit or sports jacket is simply one of those investments a gentleman needs to try on in person. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and prefer to know your garment fits you perfectly before you leave our store. The convenience of the Internet is wonderful for some things, fitting you for a tailored garment just isn’t one of them.

Are the prices different online versus in store?
No. The prices are the same online, and at any regular store location.

I saw an item on the website, and now it has disappeared? What happened?
We occasionally add or remove garments depending on inventory and seasonality.

Can I order by phone? What if I have questions?
Of course you can, and please don’t hesitate to call. Our customer service dept may be reached at 1-800-917-6736 between 9 am and 5 pm ET Monday through Friday. Send emails to customerservice@harryrosen.com. We’ll always do our best to respect your time with a quick response.

Do you ship to the United States?
Unfortunately, no. Due to licensing agreements with our vendors, we can only ship within Canada.

What are my payment options?
We’re pleased to offer a variety of payment methods; Visa, MasterCard, Amex, JCB, Interac, and Harry Rosen Gift Cards.

Is ordering online secure?
Yes, of course. Harryrosen.com is on a secure SSL server. This means all information that you send through the Internet is encrypted. If you choose to pay by credit card, you’ll even need to enter your number each time because we don't store your number on our site as an additional security measure.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Simply call our Customer service dept at 1-800-917-6736 between 9 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday, or send an e-mail to customerservice@harryrosen.com

How do I track my order?
Log into “My Account” at your convenience and go to Order Status. The order number will be linked to the UPS tracking website.

Can I use Harry Rosen gift cards online?
Absolutely. Simply enter your Harry Rosen gift card number and security code when you check out.

How can I check my Harry Rosen gift card balance?
This feature is available on our Gift Card page. Just enter your Gift Card number and security code and your current balance will appear.

What are the benefits of registering in “My Account”?
When you register, we can serve you better by getting to know your shopping habits and preferences. You’ll be able to customize the site experience to suit your needs and individual wardrobe tastes. You can also:

· E-mail in-store associates directly
· Build a wish list and share with friends, family, and even with your primary sales associate
· View recommendations from your sales associate
· Add/Change your existing Harry Rosen preferences
· Automatically display your closest retail location
· Create in-store sales appointments

What are the benefits of making an in-store appointment?
While shopping by appointment certainly saves you time, once an associate has learned your style and your needs, he or she can pre-select a range of garments – even a complete wardrobe – and have it ready for you when you arrive. Acting as your personal shopper, your associate keeps an eye out for specific items you may need or find of interest in the future.

All you have to do is choose the most convenient time for your appointment. Of course, you can always just drop by the store when time permits, if you prefer.
