Buying clothes should be a pleasure, not an ordeal, At Harry Rosen, we believe our customer service makes the difference between simply shopping and having the experience you deserve.

Below are services offered in-store at each of our locations.

OUR LIFETIME MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE
We want to ensure that you look and feel your best in every garment you purchase from us. That's why we provide complimentary maintenance and repairs to you, the original owner, for the lifetime of the garment. If you ever find yourself in need of having a button replaced, a seam fixed or other minor repairs, simply bring the item to any one of our stores where professional tailors will attend to it as soon as possible (let us know if you're in a hurry), on-site and free of charge*. What's more, should your garment require alterations due to weight loss or weight gain, we will make the necessary adjustments for you to maximum of one size up or down, also at no charge. All we ask is that you have the garment dry-cleaned before bringing it in for either of these services.

*Alterations extra on all sale shirts. Alterations extra on all other merchandise reduced by 50% or more.

IN AN EMERGENCY
Need a sudden replacement for a dress shirt or tie, quick alterations, a pair of dry socks? Call your nearest Harry Rosen store for a solution.

MADE-TO-MEASURE TAILORED CLOTHING
Made-to-measure suits, sports jackets, trousers and dress shirts may well be the answer for men who find ready-to-wear garments a difficult fit or who prefer to select their own fabric, styling and pattern. Specifically tailored for you by such design houses as J.P. Tilford by Samuelsohn, Armani Collezioni, Kiton or Brioni, such garments are sold at a slight premium over ready-to-wear. In addition, our trunk shows -- usually held twice a year at selected stores -- allow you to view additional fabrics and have your questions answered by representatives of the labels.

CLOSET CLEAN-UP
Are you unsure of how to coordinate the clothes you already own? Do you want some new clothes for your wardrobe, but don't know where to start? Do you have a selection of clothes that haven't been worn for years, but that represent an investment you're reluctant to be rid of? One of our sales associates will gladly visit your home to inventory your closet and provide suggestions on how to mix and match what you have. He'll also recommend additions to your wardrobe and determine a plan for seasons to come. A tailor can even be on hand to suggest any fitting or readjustments that you may need.

BESPOKE TAILORING
Bespoke tailoring is a hand-sewn garment, custom-made in the tradition of London's Savile Row. And because of the luxury, elegance and history that is stitched into each piece of clothing, this unparalleled style of craftsmanship is ideal for the discerning gentleman.

The creation of your own garment starts when a Master Tailor measures you for a pattern that will serve as a blueprint for all your future needs. Attention to detail is what distinguishes bespoke tailoring, and each item is designed to conceal the flaws and reveal the personality of the wearer.

Where can I get bespoke?
This service is available at our Bloor Street store in Toronto and our Les Cours Mont-Royal location in Montreal only. Under the guidance of our Master Tailors, you will create your own garment. From the silhouette of the jacket to the design of the pockets, everything is considered until we are both satisfied. To book an appointment, please call Howard Atkinson, the manager of the Bespoke Shop in Toronto, at 416.972.6327. In Montreal, please call Achod Amassian at 514.284.3315.

How long does bespoke take?
After the initial consultation and fitting, two more fittings are required to ensure the garment is ideal. Our tailors make this process comfortable and they will endeavour to meet your time needs. And once your pattern is completed, it becomes simpler for them to produce more garments for you or to alter them should your fit change over time.

How much does bespoke cost?
Bespoke is service and style at a premium, so the price is dependent on your fabric and style choices as well as on your special fit needs. Suits start from $3,400.
