MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

	To achieve and exceed sales and productivity standards
	Clientele development with respect to relationship selling
	Assisting in the maintenance of the Harry Rosen store image
	Providing superior standards of service to all customers
	To assist with the supervision of Shop Associates, including hiring, training, coaching and performance management
	To assist with supervision of contests, conducting audits

QUALIFICATIONS

	Proven ability in supervision of staff, including hiring, training and performance management
	Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
	Professional attitude and appearance
	Strong mathematical skills and computer skills
	Detail orientation
	Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
	Completion of a minimum of 2+ years experience
