Representative (Full-time)
REPORTS TO:
Administration Supervisor

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling cash, charge, and deferred sale transactions at the service desk
Keying sales transactions, including staff purchases
Providing back-up support on the telephone
Providing superior customer service to store clients
Verification and payment of spiff transactions
Scheduling of Customer Service team
Support with In-transit documentation and shipping/receiving of merchandise
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong commitment to achieving excellence in the area of customer service
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Basic mathematical skills and detail orientation
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Completion of a minimum of 2 years retail experience
