POSITION:
Administration Assistant (full-time)
REPORTS TO:
Regional Administration Director
LOCATIONS:
Toronto Montreal Ottawa Winnipeg Edmonton Calgary Vancouver
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
To supervise all administrative functions
Tracking and submission, and auditing of: staff purchases and spiff's, store contests and special purchase orders
Controlling in-transit documentation, shipping/receiving of merchandise and store maintenance and repairs
Resolve queries regarding PO's, MIS and returns balancing
Payroll documentation, filing, time docket entry, petty cash control and balancing
Mail bag distribution and correspondence
Supply orders and backroom organization, business cards and lunch meeting requests
Based on the service orientation of this location and position, providing quality administrative support to the team and customers
Special store projects
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven ability in supervision of staff, including hiring, training and performance management
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Strong mathematical skills and computer skills
Detail orientation
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Completion of a minimum of 2 years retail experience
