Harry Rosen E-Commerce Return Policy
If one of our garments fails to live up to reasonable expectations in any way, we invite you to bring it back. Whether we need to repair it or replace it or to refund your money, we will happily do whatever is required to give satisfaction*.
We offer the convenience of returning and exchanging items in person at any one of our 15 Harry Rosen retail locations (with the exception of our Heartland Outlet location.) Please have your original invoice on hand, to help us expedite your visit.
If you are unable to make it to one if our locations we invite you to return or exchange your online purchases by courier or by Canada Post. Please address your pre-paid package to: Panalpina, C/O Harry Rosen E-Commerce RETURNS, 6350 Cantay Road, Door #41, Mississauga, ON, L5R 4E2. We suggest that returns and exchanges are sent back to us within 30 days of the original purchase. Please indicate on your original receipt whether you prefer a refund**, a gift card, or exchange***.
Note that items can only be exchanged for an alternate size; in the event you wish to choose a different garment please proceed to return the original item and place an order for the new one. When returning garments by post they should be returned in the condition in which they were received. Garments sent back in poor condition may be subject to a Re-Stocking Fee.
If you require an exchange, we will ship your new merchandise as soon as we receive your return. If you have any questions, please send us an e-mail at customerservice@harryrosen.com, or call 1-800-917-6736 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST.

* Due to health regulations; the sale of undergarments and bathing suits are final.
** In the event that you prefer a full refund we will gladly issue a credit to your original method of payment (less the original shipping charge).
*** In the event that you wish to make an exchange please do so as soon as possible as quantities of items may be limited. Should this item not be available, your original method of payment will be refunded.
Shipping
We ship packages within Canada via UPS. Shipping charges will vary based on turnaround time: Standard UPS 3-5 Business Days, Express UPS (orders placed by 2pm EST) 1 Business Day, Expedited UPS (orders placed by 2pm EST) 2 Business Days. UPS online tracking is available. We do not ship to the U.S or internationally at this time.
